Romance novels. My life is hard enough, I don't need to amplify my depression by reading about it. Give me a happy ending with a sexually satisfied, strong woman any day.

No. Just...no. It's amazing how David Bowers was able to fuck up a franchise that involves a boy with guns in his arms and a post-nuclear mindset. Somehow he got it wrong and reduced Tezuka's milestone anime/manga into slap-sticky kiddy-fare. UGH.

And for the love of God, will SOMEONE keep Nicolas Cage away from ALL forms of acting, PLEASE? He sounded almost as bored as I was whenever he spoke. It's like Wicker Park all over again. But with no hilarious bees.

It involves regular sex, two cats and a whole extra room full of my books and comic books. And a bitching game system w/Tekken, Street Fighter, & Dead or Alive, etc, etc...And maybe my first adopted kid and someone to share him/her with.

Should we just be handing over the car keys when kids turn 16? Why or why not?

I actually had read a report a while ago that talked about how a 16 year-old does not really have the developmental capacity to be a very good driver, and that the ideal age when you can make those critical thinking decisions adequately is 20 years old.

Though, I do feel it depends on the kid and how mature I guess you feel they are with this responsibility. I do feel teens need safety and consequences emphasized when they get behind the wheel. I also feel they don't need a car fresh off the lot. Teens have no business driving a Maserati. Drunk driving accidents are a problem, too, and one of the leading causes of death for kids 15-19. :/ So I'd like to just say no and wait until a teen's 18. I didn't get my license until I was 21, and I was fine. :)

I woke up about 30-45 min before I had work at the library, (9pm) and actually had a slow day work wise. I found myself dicking around a bit, and capped off the day by showing my-coworker a gif. of a dog running on its hind legs. It still freaks me out and makes me laugh for like 5 minutes. We all said good bye to a long time volunteer by throwing a luncheon with chili dogs and carrot cake. And those delicious bowl-shaped Tostitos! Yum. I know the shape probably doesn't matter, but I swear those are so much more delicious than the regular Tostitos.

And even though I am the audio visual page, I don't watch as many films as I probably should. Though my music library grew by leaps and bounds (From 300MB to 15.50GB in less than a year) ^_^ I came home at about 3pm and am now between reading FFAF on ONTD and my Lisa Plumley book...that I took from the donation bin at work. ;)
